The Fieldsports Company offers its clients an exclusive tailored experience in shooting and corporate entertainment. Our days encapsulate all the realistic aspects of a real days driven game shooting using some of the great terrain and topography in the Hope Valley.
It is very easy to relax and socialise in such stunning surroundings and our regular corporate clients, game shooters and stag parties believe it is the best way to network or just have fun with friends whilst offering something different.
Our experience enables us to present some of the best clays you are likely to ever see, there is definitely no repetition and we create a gentle flow of birds breaking over the line of guns, intermittent with fast flushes as birds break together. We offer simulated partridge of moor edges, high pheasants with guns stood in valleys and we also have a team competition where prizes are given to the top team at the end of the day.
We can tailor the drives and indeed the day depending on the strength of the shooting team, enabling game shooters to practice those high birds, whilst also giving novice shooters steady clays to get there eye in and confidence up. Whatever your requirements The Fieldsports Company can cover it giving you a bespoke and memorable day.

Hospitality
We use the hospitality of the The Plough Inn at Hathersage which is a privatly owned 16th Century Inn situated on the banks of the river Derwent. Guests will meet at The Plough Inn for breakfast after which we head out into the valleys to shoot. We arrive back at the Plough for a fantastic sit down meal mid afternoon and we either dine in the restaurant or on one of the patio areas depending on the wheather. Drinks and appetisers are taken after each drive in the field so that guns can enjoy the surroundings and discuss the odd clay they may have missed.
Topography
The High Low Estate offers some of the highest and most spectacular displays of simulated game. The drives are all themed and choreographed to the highest standard by a proffesional and experienced team.

Nick Walker is very experienced host having worked at the best shooting grounds in the world during his career and has been fortunate enough to have shot all over the UK.
