Originally designed for corporate entertainment our sim days are now enjoyed by all walks of life and are available to any shooting enthusiast. Simulated game shooting is tremendous fun for people of all ages. If you’re a keen game shooter wanting to keep your eye in out of season or whether you just prefer to shoot clays we will give you a shoot day that you will never forget. Situated in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside, and no more than 50-miles from the centre of London, our simulated game days provide a truly unique experience. We endeavor to replicate the excitement of real game shooting; Grouse, High Pheasant, English Partridge, High Partridge, Rabbits, Teal and more. We pride ourselves on giving our clients the best experience possible from start to finish. You will meet in our shoot lodge for a bacon roll and safety brief before moving off to shoot the first of five different drives of clays simulating the flight of game. We take a break after the third drive for elevenses. After the fifth drive its back to the lodge for a beer on the terrace (the views of Wadlow Farm are glorious!) before sitting down to a delicious lunch (Vegetarian & GF options are available)

Bryngwyn Estate, Double Barrelled Shooting a top quality simulated game shooting on Bryngwyn Estate and is rated in the top ten simulated game shoots in the UK. The day replicates a traditional driven game day with high pheasants, partridge, pigeon and driven grouse with a choice of 16 drives. To include famous Bryngwyn hospitality in Bryngwyn Hall, full cooked breakfast, mid-morning snacks and drinks, a three course lunch in the house, and afternoon tea. You and your party can stay overnight in Bryngwyn Hall, which is run as your private house party and includes a delicious four course dinner. The topography of the land allows guests to experience pheasant, partridge and driven grouse at a fraction of the cost of an equivalent game day. Our drives vary from parkland, woodland, authentic grouse butts, and high mountain terrain. We are taking bookings for 12-25 guns, or you can join a group as a single gun. We discuss with our clients their requirements according to their experience. A full day consists of five of our eighteen sensational drives with a minimum 250 clays per person. We can provide an instructor for novice guns, and double gun instruction. A simulated game day at Bryngwyn is the perfect day out with friends or clients. Many parties invite non-shooting guests to enjoy the house, estate and our hospitality. After a period of change, with the sad passing of the founder John Newton-Brown, we are now taking bookings for the 2024 season. The shoot is now under new management, looking to carry on the fantastic work done by John and his team. Considered to be one of the finest shooting estates in the country Firle Place is the perfect destination for Simulated Game and Clay Pigeon Shooting in the South. Firle is a beautiful country village nestled in the heart of the Sussex Downs and just 60 miles from London and 10 miles from Brighton. Firle Place is the home of the Gage family and has been for over 500 years. Set at the foot of the Sussex Downs within its own parkland the Estate covers approx. 7500 acres of this stunning part of the South East and includes high ridges and slopes as well as woodland and farmland. **_We tailor days for individuals as well as groups of 8 to 16 people, whether you are an experienced gun or relatively new to the sport._** Using only state-of-the-art Bowman game trailers, as well as individually-placed traps and a wide variety of ‘birds’, Firle offers one of the most realistic simulated shoots in the country. **We have recently introduced 'Open' Beacon Days.** These new simulated game shooting days are for single guns and two’s or threes who will be able to share the drives with other individuals and smaller groups to make up a full squad. Harboro Rocks Simulated Game Days provide authentic shooting experiences against the stunning backdrop of the Derbyshire Peak District. Since 2010, we've delivered challenging drives that are both exciting and realistic—giving you all the fun without any feathers! Enjoy delicious food and drinks throughout the day, prepared by our own chef. Share stories and laughs with fellow enthusiasts in our welcoming shoot cabin, creating a friendly atmosphere. THE DRIVES *Pigeon*: The opening drive is designed to ease everyone into the day. Five shooters take their positions while five others load. When the whistle blows, targets are sent into the zone over decoys. Expect at least 400 targets per five shooters per drive, with around 100 cartridges needed per drive depending on your shooting pace. *Partridge*: This drive features fast-moving birds and occasional crossing targets to keep participants alert. Oscillating trap base plates ensure a wide spread across the shooters. You'll need 100–150 cartridges for this session. *Pheasant*: A crowd favourite, the terrain here creates ideal conditions for high pheasant targets descending into the field below. These birds are quite challenging, prompting a repeat on the fifth drive. It's an excellent chance to hone your skills ahead of the new season. *Duck*: These targets accurately mimic ducks in flight, such as Mallard, Teal, and Wigeon. *Grouse*: Experience shooting from real Grouse Butts. Low, fast, driven, and quartering targets are perfect for sharpening your technique before The Glorious 12th. GENERAL INFORMATION • Full Day with comprehensive hospitality (£195 + VAT). About Tracy Tracy is responsible for overseeing hospitality, carefully selecting every aspect to ensure the day runs smoothly. She also manages the coordination of the team and the line of Guns, making sure that every guest enjoys an outstanding shooting experience. Cold Aston is one of the Cotswolds finest simulated shoots, set in over 4000 acres of rolling Cotswold countryside, with very deep pasture valleys offering truly challenging simulated game shooting from the start of March until August. All teams will meet at the shoot lodge for tea, coffee and bacon rolls. From there we head out onto the stunning estate for two drives, making the best use of some very deep valleys, simulating all manner of game species. Elevenses are taken in the field with our experienced chef, followed by three more drives, we then return to the Estate shoot lodge for a late two course lunch. Situated very close to the Fosse Way its ideally located for teams travelling from the north or the south. Locally there are numerous award-winning hotels and pubs for teams to stay.

The West London Shooting School was founded in 1901 but it was 25 years ago that we developed and inspired the first simulated game day. Set amid the stunning fells of The Forest of Bowland in Lancashire, the terrain of the Meanley Estate make for some spectacular, challenging and varied simulated game days. Events at Meanley adopt the format of a traditional British Game day shooting. Days are based on a standard of 8 to 12 Guns, but we are able to cater for larger or smaller groups by arrangement.
