Located a little over an hour from London, lies one of England's prettiest villages and Estates: Great Tew. This quintessential English estate has a renowned game shoot that gives rise in the spring and summer months to a superb simulated shoot, offering a variety of drives like no other. From coveys of partridge, to high pheasants that even the West Country would be proud of. Then meet the whirly grouse on Raven Hill moor before finishing your day. No estate other than Great Tew can boast of eight stone grouse butts.
Hospitality
Hospitality to match the shooting... A traditional shooting breakfast (bacon rolls, teas and coffees) on arrival to get you going. Game and seasonal nibbles served in the field to refuel you and then to finish the day a stunning two course lunch served either in the Lodge or alfresco if the English weather allows.
Topography
The stunning landscape filled with moorland features, rolling pastures and oak woods with a carpet of bluebells and chocolate box thatched cottages has been the home of our Game Flyer simulated days now for over 14 years.
About the hosts
Your hosts on the day will be Bernard Moss and Roger Bryan, both are West London's most experienced game shooters and respected instructors. Roddy Richmond-Watson, Director of the School likes to attend as many of our days as possible to look after you personally.

Fantastic Day, Great Host, Great Hospitality, would highly recommend. Grouse Butts on the final drive were a fantastic way to end the day. Will definitely look to book again soon.
