Simulated game in the guise of midi clays are presented in staggered flushes and singles to challenge the accuracy of even the most successful game shots.

Topography

Steep Valleys and banks provide challenging targets. The Grouse butts are dug into the side of a valley and the clays are sent screaming overhead. As on a grouse moor, the guns turn around on the blast of the horn from the keeper and shoots the targets going away.

Extremely professional and well run simulated day. Derek and his team are able to show very challenging birds or more of a mixed bag if so required. Relaxed with a polish of quiet competence and a genuine desire to ensure all are looked after. The whole team were impressed and we will return in the near future. Thank you for a super day.

Mr. Archie Oram

Hi Derek. Just to say a quick thank you for a fantastic days shooting yesterday. You certainly have a stunning backdrop there and it enabled a brilliant variety of driven targets to shoot at. All the guns said they thought the day ran smoothly and profesionaly between drives. The weather was certainly on our side and although I shouldn't say it, it was too nice at some parts of the day. So once again a big thank you from the team you made us all feel very welcome and we will be back. Regards Archie Oram.

"Dear Derek, I just wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you for yesterday. We were blessed with fabulous weather and were superbly looked after by your team. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and without exception the guns had a fabulous time. The team could not have been more receptive, charming, discreet or fun, allowing us to really enjoy the day. None of us have eaten so well in weeks, the quality of the food was wonderful throughout, from fresh coffee on arrival to a tea I don’t think we had room to do justice to after the exceptional lunch."
