Set within 11,000 acres of spectacular scenery, Forrest Estate boasts one of the best simulated game shoots and sporting clay grounds in Scotland. Our unique simulated drives are situated around this magnificent estate providing a variety of exciting and testing birds, and our warm hospitality makes for a truly memorable experience.

Our simulated days are available throughout the year, and for the ultimate sporting break, comfortable local accommodation and seasonal game shooting can also be arranged for you as part of a complete package.

To complete your unique ‘Simulated Game Shooting’ experience, we recommend three local hotels which are just a short drive from Forrest Estate. Each offer great value and can be part of a package should you wish to stay over, and we can make all the arrangements on your behalf. Both also serve great food, real ales and a smile!
Topography
Forrest Estate Shooting Ground was established with the kind permission of Mr Fred Olsen at Forrest Estate, a privately owned 11,000 acre estate. Forrest Estate features rolling countryside with mixed woodland, four large scenic lochs nestled into the hills and lowland farmland with mixed plantations and a good variety of habitat.
About the hosts
Simulated Game Shooting Scotland is managed by Andrew Case of Case Sport who has been arranging sporting holidays in southern Scotland since 1988. It was a natural progression to develop a shooting ground and provide simulated days to complement our other activities. Forrest Estate Shooting Ground is now recognised as one of the best shooting grounds in Scotland specialising in educational country sports experiences.
