At WW sporting, we try to make the day as close to a days game shooting but without the cold weather and in the beautiful Cotswolds.
The day begins in our lodge with a professionally cooked full English breakfast. Then to be briefed about the day ahead.
The day consists of 2 drives then stopping for elevenses after the elevenses then off for another 3 further drives before a 2 course evening meal. There will be a total of 375 clays fired over each guns head throughout the day.
There is a lot of variety in the clays throughout the day for example there are pheasant, partridge drives along with a difficult springing teal drive. All the drives are trying to resemble as close as possible to a days game shooting.
Group brought days can be tailored to each group meaning if they don't want full catering that can be taken out. But if the client wanted a shoot day to match a specific type of shooting it can be arranged.
Booking can be made via email or by phone.

Mr. Harry Joyce
Was an overall great day and well exceeded my expectations of what a simulated game day was! Upon arrival we were greeted with a full English breakfast with all the trimmings refreshments such as Tea, coffee and juices. The food was gorgeous throughout the day! Onto the drives! The first drive did have a fair bit of wind behind it and in due course was affecting the birds however, we had a very good combination of good high flying birds to slower sweeping birds coming over. There was roughly speaking 450 clays per drive between 6 guns. Some drives were 1 gun 1 peg over drives were 1 peg 2 guns(1 loader, 1 shooting) . I found there was always a good supply of birds and only found myself waiting about a handful of times for birds throughout the day. Between all of us guns no one shot less than 300 cartridges in the day. The only criticism we have is that it would have been nice to maybe have a drive after the meal/lunch just to sort of finish off. Of which the meal was roast beef dinner(succulent and tender) and malteaser cheese cake. Splendid! I can highly recommend the day to anybody!
