May Hill Simulated Game offers top quality simulated game shooting set amongst picturesque woodland and rolling Herefordshire countryside.
Our simulated game days are run in the same way as a traditional driven game shoot with guns shooting a number of drives simulating challenging driven game birds.
Our days are suitable for teams of up to 12 guns and unlike many others we also do smaller days for teams of 4 to 6 guns.
As well as our full simulated days we also offer half days as well as our popular evening sessions which consist of two simulated game drives concluding with a hearty BBQ.
Various packages are available based on the requirements of the individual and gun hire, cartridges and tuition can be arranged at prior notice if required.
For any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
Hospitality
We have a variety of different options with regards to hospitality and are fortunate to have a number of good local pubs who we call upon when required. Our days can begin with a full pub breakfast or bacon sandwiches followed by homemade elevensies finishing with a choice of a homemade lunch, BBQ or a hot pub lunch.
Topography
We are fortunate to have a great range of topography which has enabled us to create a number of varied drives simulating traditional woodland pheasants with guns positioned in tree lined rides, fast flying partridge over hedgerows, ground hugging grouse, high driven pheasants and pigeons coming into roost.
The variety allows us to tailor each day to the ability of each team with targets for all abilities whether a complete novice or experienced shot.
About the hosts
Days are typically hosted by Tom Duncan who established May Hill Simulated Game in 2016 with the help of his family who farm on the slopes of May Hill. Tom calls upon close friends and family to help run his simulated game days and the whole team work together to provide a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all.
