The Fieldsports Company offers its clients an exclusive tailored experience in shooting and corporate entertainment. Our days encapsulate all the realistic aspects of a real days driven game shooting at the Otby Estate under the supervision of Neil Cooper & Nick Walker. The Otby Estate is truly one of Lincolnshires premier shoots with over 40+ days being sold every year. It is very easy to relax and socialise in such stunning surroundings hidden away in the Lincolnshire Wolds and guns will also be kept busy and cahallanged as we use some fantastic topography. Drives such as "The Ram" and "Return Ram" offer stunning shooting just like they do on a game day.
Our experience enables us to present some of the best clays you are likely to ever see, there is definitely no repetition and we create a gentle flow of birds breaking over the line of guns, intermittent with fast flushes as birds break together,
All the drives are easily accesable and guns are stood on grass / grazing land all day in the valley bottom. We can tailor the drives and indeed the day depending on the strength of the shooting team, enabling game shooters to practice those high birds, whilst also giving novice shooters steady clays to get there eye in and confidence up. Whatever your requirements The Fieldsports Company can cover it giving you a bespoke and memorable day.
The day is very much centred around the Bothe` and Marquee on the lake where we meet for breakfast, lunchtime and have a fantastic sit down meal mid afternoon. Catering is kept in house and a family affair as everyone helps out making the guests feel very welcome and looked after. The Hospitality and catering is first class and very slick and truly makes for a fabulous experience whilst dining and looking over the lake.

Topography
The Otby Estate situated in the Lincolnshire Wolds is a hidden gem of rolling pasture land and hidden valleys enabling us to produce fantastic and choreographed displays of simulated game.
About the hosts
Between then Nick walker and Neil Cooper have a wealth of shooting knowledge and experience and make the day proffesional yet informal and very relaxed.

Excellent day at the Otby Lake Shoot. Overcast day with a slight breeze produced excellent challenging partridge over Wolds Valleys. Excellent hospitality from Neil & his family.

Attended a really enjoyable day at Otby last summer, targets challenging and rewarding. The stands were ideal with clays flying off the top of the Lincolnshire Wolds simulating a classic driven high bird day. Excellent hospitality from Neil and Freda during the shoot, followed by a lovely BBQ afterwards at the boathouse by the lake. Take plenty of cartridges with you !
